We build systems that address all of the above and more. we then work, hand in hand with your team, to implement the new systems and ensure that they are comfortable executing these new SOPS, season after season.

Vesper

Burrow's Vesper Chair (2022)

To say that Vesper was a complex development would be an understatement. Many reputable big box furniture brands said that the multi-directional curvature would be impossible to achieve on a mass scale. However, through careful sourcing, we found a partner in Vietnam with the right tooling and bent ply experience to make it happen. We also had to solve the connection method between the cushion and the shells, as that was left vague in the original design. I worked with a hardware supplier out of China to develop a custom ABS plastic and steel pin/valve system to allow the cushions to be securely held in place, but also removable as needed.
