What does the process look like?
Getting started is easy. After chatting with your team to understand where help is needed, we build completely custom solutions for the projects you need managed. we then work hand in hand with your team to implement what we created. Once we know a system works for you, we can templatize it in the project management software of your choice, so it can be repeated again and again.
What Software can we use?
It's possible to create a strong, scalable project management system in just about any software. Whether your team is already in a program like Asana or Notion, or you prefer to keep it a bit old school, in excel or sheets. We're always happy to work with what you already have in place, or oversee the migration and implementation of something new.
